With the rapid economic development of today, the concept of supply chain has been continuously deepened, the relationship between members of a supply chain system has become increasingly closer, and the cooperation between upstream and downstream companies has become more extensive. In order to obtain better benefits, inventory management is the key to management for both upstream and downstream vendors. How to adopt an effective inventory optimization strategy to improve the efficiency of the node companies has also become a question worth studying. In real life, deferred payment strategy is one of the ways of inventory optimization strategy, and it is widely used in business activities.Based on the previous studies of the scholars;this paper takes into account the existence of defective products in the supply chain and the impact of defective products on inventory management, and formulates related inventory models containing defective products based on deferred payment. The main work and conclusions of this article include:(1)In the secondary supply chain consisting of a single supplier and a single vendor, consider the existence of defective products, and the cost incurred by the company in screening defective products.Consider the market demand of the sellers and influence the prices to supply them. With the objective of maximizing the benefits of the business and the seller,an inventory model based on a single-level deferred payment is established for the Stancorborg game. From the supplier's point of view, study the development of the best deferred payment strategy, determine the best ordering strategy of the seller from the perspective of the seller, and determine the best deferred payment period and the seller Best order quantity and product sales price. The profit of the two parties was improved.Simulations of the examples and sensitivity analysis of the model parameters were performed. The results showed that the model was feasible.(2)In the secondary supply chain consisting of a single supplier and multiple vendors, consider the existence of defective products, and the costs incurred by companies in screening for defective products, and the constraints on funds, suppliers, and sales. The goal of maximizing business benefits is to establish an inventory model based on the single-level deferred payment of Stankenberg's game,to study the formulation of the best deferred payment strategy from the supplier's point of view, and to determine the seller's Best ordering strategy.Through the solution of the model, the optimal order threshold set by the supplier and the best order quantity of the seller are determined to increase the profits of both parties. The simulation of the example and the sensitivity analysis of the model parameters are performed. The results show that the model is feasible.(3)In the three-level supply chain consisting of a single supplier,a single seller, and a customer, consider the existence of the defective product, the cost incurred by the company in screening the defective product, and the loss factor in the vendor's inventory. With the goal of maximizing profit for the seller,an inventory model with defective products based on two-level deferred payment was established.Determine the seller's best ordering strategy from the seller's point of view.Through the solution of the model, the seller's best ordering cycle is determined, the simulation of the example and the sensitivity analysis of the model parameters are performed. The results show the feasibility of the model.
