The financial problems of IPO enterprises have always been the core issues that people pay close attention to.Nowadays,the development of capital market is becoming more and more mature,more and more enterprises want to seek the opportunity of listing and quicken the pace of development.However,the failure of audit has followed a spate of incidents.The repeated failure of audit has not only damaged the capital markets,undermined its robustness,but also weakened the confidence of the vast majority of information users in the auditing profession,and the reputation that accountants and accountants have accumulated over the years may be ruined.So,how to effectively prevent the IPO audit failure case recurrence,not only need us from the CPA level to do the job in the audit process,more need to start from the accounting firm itself,common prevention in the capital market,audit failure occurred again.Based on the research results at home and abroad,combined with related concepts,taking IPO audit as the cut-in point,this paper studies the reasons of failure of IPO audit in Xin Tai,and studies the failure of Xin Tai electric IPO audit from the angle of CPA and accounting firm.And from these two points of view to prevent the IPO audit failure measures.There are six parts in the full text.The first part introduces the purpose,meaning,thought,method and innovation of the thesis.The second part of the domestic and foreign literature review,through the reference to domestic and international audit failure,the reasons for the failure of audit and prevention of audit failure of the relevant literature,refining its main points.The third part of the content is: Xin Tai Electric IPO Audit failure case Review,introduced Xin Tai Electric Company's basic development,its exposure IPO audit failure events and punishment results.The Forth part is the analysis of the reasons of the IPO audit failure of Xin Tai Electric,from the following two angles: CPA's problems appearing in the process of audit,the accounting firm's own level,and further analyzing the reason of the failure of IPO audit.Part five reads: To prevent the IPO audit failure of listed companies,the fourth chapter analyzes two reasons that lead to the failure of the IPO audit: CPA's problems appearing in the audit process and the accounting firm's own level,respectively,put forward the corresponding prevention of IPO audit failure.Part VI of the content is: the conclusions and deficiencies of this paper.It is hoped that through concrete case analysis,it can be extended to the failure of IPO audit and provide some reference for the current countermeasures against IPO audit failure.
