A Research On Coordinating Development Between Tianjin' Fictitious Economy And Real Economy

It has been 40 years since the reform and opening-up,and in the meantime,China's economy has made the most spectacular achievements of the world.However,with the economy rapidly developing,many problems exist in the internal structure of China's economy,such as the problem of the coordinated development of virtual economy and real economy.As the mainstay of the national economy,the development of China's real economy faces transformation.In this situation,how to guide the virtual economy development well and play the role of virtual economy in promoting the growth of real economy,this is a great significance to ensure China's economy sustained and healthy.Tianjin is an important economic center in the north of China and an important test field for China's reform and opening-up policy.It is very useful to study the coordinated development of virtual economy and real economy in Tianjin.So this paper selects Tianjin as the research object.Experience shows that,it is useful to economic development only virtual economy and real economy development coordinate,which is also the basic view of this paper.This paper mainly analyzes the development status of Tianjin's real economy and virtual economy from 2002 to 2016.The results show that Tianjin's real economy has many problems.It includes unreasonable industrial structure;the development speed is much lower than that of virtual economy and so on.In the virtual economy,there are many problems such as the bank monopolizes financial resources,the internal structure of finance is not coordinated,the financial innovation ability is poor,the real estate bubble is serious,etc.Then the paper constructs a model of coupling coordination degree between virtual economy and real economy in Tianjin.Through the empirical analysis of the data of Tianjin,The results show that the comprehensive development level of the real economy and virtual economy in Tianjin in the last 15 years has been increasing,but due to the unreasonable development of the virtual economy,the coordination degree between the two is generally not high,and there is a large room for improvement.Based on the above analysis,the paper finally gives some Suggestions:The main purpose is to facilitate the financing of enterprises and provide better capital support for the development of real enterprises,thus promoting the coordinated development of Tianjin's real economy and virtual economy.
