Study On The Consumption Environment Index Of The Yangtze River Economic Belt Under The Background Of Big Data

Promoting the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important current strategy in China.The National Development and Reform Commission held a meeting on December 13,2017,emphasizing that the key to promoting the economic development of the Yangtze River lies in the joint prevention and control of environmental protection by cities and the establishment of mutual circulation.The basic construction of the contact,focusing on the protection of the environment,establishing a common service,and building a systematic market are all five tasks.Therefore,this article takes the perspective of the consumer environment as an entry point to study the economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Using the big data analysis method,the index system for the consumption environment index was established and the consumption environment index was compiled.The consumption environment index is used to study the relationship between the consumption environment and economic growth,and finally the impact mechanism of the consumption environment on economic growth is studied.First,based on the characteristics of the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,this paper constructs a consumption environment index system for the Yangtze River Economic Belt.A total number of Internet users,CN domain names,number of websites,percentage of IP addresses,annual consumption of residents,forest coverage,total water resources,highway mileage,railway mileage,number of hospital beds,number of hospitals,number of health workers,and employees Numbers and education funds have fourteen indicators to represent the six dimensions of the consumption environment.Secondly,this paper uses 2003 as the base period,taking the reciprocal of each indicator's standard deviation as the index weighting,compiles a panel index with horizontal time trend and vertical regional differences,and uses the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a consumption environment based on the economic region classification.The status quo of the development level is analyzed.Then,using the consumer environment index,fixed asset investment,urban infrastructure investment and per capita GDP to establish a panel measurement model to analyze the relationship between the consumption environment and economic growth.Finally,using random forests to rank the importance of environmental factors in the consumer environment,select the top six factors in the importance of the consumer environmental index,use random forests to select the number of employees,netizens,annual household consumption levels,railway mileage,and water resources.Six factors,the total number of hospitals,and the number of hospitals establish a covariance analysis model with per capita GDP to study the impact of the consumer environment on economic growth.In the current research on the development level of the consumer economic environment in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,it has been found that the development environment of the consumer economic development in the same economic region is quite different;the economic growth in the high economic region has a marginal diminishing effect on the consumption environment;the higher the consumer environment development level,the regional economy The higher the level of development,the lower the level of the consumer environment and impede economic development.Using the prepared consumer environment panel index,fixed asset investment,urban infrastructure investment and per capita GDP building panel econometric model,the empirical study of the relationship between the consumption environment and economic growth,the results show that the consumption environment has a role in promoting economic growth.Using the inter-provincial year panel data for the 11 provinces from 2003 to 2015 in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,a panel model considering the consumption environment was constructed,and a covariance analysis model was used to empirically study the economic growth mechanism of the Yangtze River Economic Belt's consumption environment.The results showed consumption.The impact of environmental factors on economic growth is different.The number of hospitals has the greatest impact on the role of economic growth,followed by the annual consumption of residents,followed by the number of netizens,and finally the water resources,railway mileage,and employees with similar influence.Based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper gives some policy recommendations for the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
