Research On The Credit Availability Of Entrepreneurial Farmers And Its Influencing Factors

In 2017,the first document of the Central Committee strongly advocated the improvement of the rural entrepreneurship innovation system and the support for migrant workers returning to cities to start their own businesses.Migrant workers returning home to start a business has become the main engine of rural economic development.However,there are many difficulties for migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses.Among them,the shortage of funds and credit constraints are the key factors hindering the development and expansion of farmers' new enterprises.For entrepreneurial farmers,access to credit for the survival and development of enterprises is essential.Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature and related theories,this study analyzes the factors that affect the credit availability of entrepreneurial farmers,and based on this,selects variables and constructs a variable system.Based on the investigation of 1080 rural households in Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes the resource endowment,entrepreneurial characteristics and external environment of entrepreneurial farmers by using descriptive statistics to get a better understanding of the basic situation of entrepreneurial farmers.The characteristics of entrepreneurial farmers,the policy support environment,the basic status of the financial environment.Then,the capital endowment,external environment and entrepreneurial characteristics of entrepreneurial farmers are interactively analyzed with the credit availability of entrepreneurial farmers.To verify its relevance.Finally,the paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of capital endowment,external environment and entrepreneurial characteristics on the credit availability of entrepreneurial farmers through the multivariate ordered logistic model.Through descriptive statistics,it is found that the entrepreneurial farmers' entrepreneurial forms are mainly self-employed,and the entrepreneurial scale is small,and the entrepreneurial field is single.The poor overall quality of the entrepreneurial farmers is the big problem that the entrepreneurial farmers are facing.The policy support environment evaluation is better,and the evaluation of the financial service environment is general.It is known that the financial service environment in the rural areas needs to be improved.In the interaction analysis,it is found that good policy support and financial environment are beneficial to the credit acquisition of the entrepreneurial farmers.Through the empirical analysis of the factors affecting the availability of credit,the results show that the individual capital of entrepreneurial farmers has a significant positive impact on the availability of credit.In the entrepreneurial characteristics of entrepreneurial farmers,the more tax,the easier to obtain credit,while the field of entrepreneurship is planting or aquaculture,it is not easy to obtain credit.In social capital,whether connected with the bank or not,the support of the government for starting a business is significantly positive to the credit availability of the farmers.Among the external environmental factors,the better the financial service environment,the easier access to credit.The better the policy support environment,the easier access to credit.Therefore,the government needs to improve In order to improve the credit availability of entrepreneurial farmers,the educational level and comprehensive quality of entrepreneurial farmers should be guided to broaden the field of entrepreneurship and improve the policy support environment and financial service environment.
