With the wide application of Internet technology in the field of foreign trade,the Internet is bringing profound changes to traditional international trade.The foreign trade structure,subject,content,mode and even international trade rules are all affected by different degrees.As the "One Belt And One Road" has been proposed,the foreign trade will be a new growth point in our international trade.It is important to recognize the impact of the Internet on the foreign trade in the central and western regions,and to better use the "Internet +" policy advantage,promoting the development of the western and western trade.This article first from the international trade transaction costs,the scope,the enterprise purchase cost of production,payment,trade rules are discussed in aspects of Internet influence the theoretical mechanism of foreign trade,make it has the theoretical significance.After analyzing the status quo of Internet development in the central and western regions and the current situation of foreign trade development,this paper analyzes the specific impact of the Internet on foreign trade in the central and western regions by using the panel data regression model,determines the influence direction and degree of influence,and makes a simple comparison with the developed regions in the east.The research and analysis of the current situation shows that the speed of Internet development,the development level and the internal differences of the Internet development provinces in China and the west are all consistent with the speed,level and province differences of the development of foreign trade in China and the west.In contrast to the east,the central part is aligned with the east,which has a positive effect on the import and export trade,and the influence degree is central > east;However,there is no significant impact on the import and export trade in the west.Based on the fact that the Internet has no significant impact on the import and export of the western world.This paper analyzes the causes of Internet network infrastructure,Internet penetration rate,Internet users' awareness,Chinese and western enterprises' websites and cross-border e-commerce platforms,as well as Chinese and western network information talents,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions to change the current situation of Internet suppression of foreign trade,so that the Internet can be revitalized in the foreign trade of China and the west.
