Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid economic development in China,the economic strength of the country has been constantly enhanced,its standard of living has gradually moved toward a well-to-do society,and the wage and salary of the general public have also risen.Nowadays,the disposable income of the people has increased,and car travel has taken a lot of People's favorite.Many people buy a car,promoting the rapid development of China's automobile industry.The rapid development of automobile industry has strongly driven the development of other related industries.One of the manifestations of this is that the proportion of the premium income of motor vehicle insurance in the insurance industry has been increasing year by year.Since 1980,when China restored insurance in China,the premium of motor vehicle insurance has been increasing in the overall property insurance market.Nowadays,it has surpassed the insurance of enterprise property and has become the most influential and influential insurance company in various property insurance companies One of the largest insurance,after which the insurance rapid development every year with rapid growth.Major property insurance companies regard promoting the development of personal auto insurance business as an important strategy and the competition in the auto insurance market has become more fierce.Against this background,it is worth studying how A Company can enhance its core competitiveness in the fierce competition of the industry,enlarge the market share of automobile insurance business and promote the rapid and healthy development of the company.This paper first analyzes the background and significance of the research on the differentiated marketing of automobile insurance business of Company A at the present stage,and then summarizes and analyzes the research dynamics of the differentiated marketing.Then outline the theoretical basis of differentiated marketing.Using the PEST environmental analysis method,we analyze the internal and external environment of the differentiated marketing of China's automobile insurance business,analyze the problems in the development of automobile insurance business of Company A,and lay a foundation for optimizing the implementation of differentiated marketing strategy.According to the existing problems of automobile insurance business of Company A,the Company formulated differentiated marketing target market segmentation and market positioning.From the differences of competition strategy of the Company,differentiation of sales channels,differentiation of promotion activities,strategies of service differentiation and organizational guarantee Aspects of the company's differentiated marketing strategy for research,but also for the insurance industry to provide reference for other companies.
