| Pork quality problems exist in all aspects of the pork supply chain.A very important reason is that there is asymmetry of information on each node, especially between pig farmers, slaughter and processing enterprises and consumers. This "asymmetry of information" caused by the "lemon market" to produce unsafe pork enterprises to provide a great impetus, resulting in food market failure. And therefore need the relevant government departments and other regulatory governance work. However, the regulation is costly, the implementation costs of various laws and regulations and food safety standards may be very high under certain conditions, which may lead to failure of government regulation. There are also scholars who have proposed a framework for government food, food producers, food safety associations and consumers to manage food safety. However, the framework of this cooperative governance requires mutual trust among the participants, the rational allocation of governance resources, the protection of the interests of each other fair, once these conditions can not be met, then the governance framework is difficult to form.In addition, this governance framework is essentially an external governance. The basic solution to the problem of pork quality is the quality of pork supply chain enterprises to carry out certain quality inputs.Through the empirical analysis of pork quality problems, through the analysis of the frequency, influencing factors and risk of pork quality problems,Pork supply chain in the breeding sector and slaughter and processing links is the highest risk of the link.So the quality of the slaughtering and processing enterprises located in the upstream of the pork supply chain and in the core position is the key to control the quality and safety of pork.Through the evolution of the quality of the slaughter and processing enterprises of the farmers, the author analyzes the factors that influence the evolution of the system from the root causes, and then puts forward the relevant policy suggestions to improve the quality of pork from the government, farmers, slaughter and processing enterprises and farming cooperatives. |
