Study On Financing Problems And Countermeasures Of DS Small And Medium High-tech Enterprises

As the development of economy and improvement of society,enterprises play a significant role in economic activities.19 th CPC National Congress Report mentions inovation and techonology for several times.The inovation ability of a country depends on the support of high tech enterpries,a majority of which are small and medium sized companies.The rapid development of small and medium sized high tech enterprises in recent decades contributes a lot to the development of national economy.According to relavant statistics,patents and new products of small and medium sized high tech companies account for 65% and 80% of natioanl total patents and new products respectively.The innovative activities brought by the small and medium sized high tech enterprises account for about 75% of nationa technology innovation.This kind of enterprises has become an essential element in improving innovation and promoting economic development.Nevertheless,enterprises have their problems in the process of development.As the initial power of development,capitial influences the growth and development of enterprises.This paper firstly introduces the theoratical study and dominant views of scholars about financing of small and medium sized high tech enterprises.According to the acutal situation of DS company and analysis of fincancial situation and financing situation for recent three years,the following conlusion is made: DS company faces such problems as low internal financing,single mode of financing,high cost of financing and low guarantee ability when financing.After that,the paper puts forward some solutions for such problems.Firstly,DS shall regulate its own production and management,improve its financial management system,invest more in research and development,enhance the competitiveness of products,raise the profits of the company,broaden the scale of interal financing.Meanwhile,new financing methods shall be introduced.Moreover,government shall puts forward targeted preferential policies and encourage venture capital instituations to invest in such companies.Policy-oriented finance service institutions shall also be established to help the small and medium sized high tech companies.Thirdly,the information and credit construction of such enterprises shall be strengthened.Targeted credit and financing garantee system shall be established by network platforms and other methods.
