| In China,with the rapid development economy and science technology update,the operating environment of mobile telecommunications companies has undergone major changes.As users continue to increase,the control of financial cost,the efficiency of the financial process and the complexity of the institution have become the problems which more and more large companies need to face and solve.Faced with these problems,more and more large-scale telecom companies have changed their original financial decentralized management model to centralized management in order to save cost and improve financial efficiency.Centralized management is based on process and informatization as a working mode for better management and better implementation of business plans at all levels.At the same time,overall economic integration has become increasingly evident and market competition has become increasingly fierce relying on the latest technologies in the fields of Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,big data,and cloud computing to survive.Mobile telecommunications companies are rapidly upgrading technology companies.They can be described as high-risk and high-input.In the face of these problems,the corporate management model is constantly updated.At the same time,it is imperative to establish a risk prevention oriented corporate internal control.As the core of the company,financial internal control management system also needs to be more stringent,so that companies in the reform and replacement of the enterprise to come to the fore,to achieve better and faster development of China's telecommunications technology.This article relies on the theory of financial internal control,and on the basis of my own experience in JX Telecom Company,using case studies and literature research to conduct research.First of all,we start with various aspects of internal financial control,focus on ways and methods of financial internal control of the financial sharing service center of JX Telecom,identify its existing problems,and analyze them to improve the existing financial internal control issues of JX Telecom.While optimizing the Group's financial internal control system,give the optimization suggestion and safeguard measures.This article also has some reference for other telecommunications companies.The main contents of the full-text structure are: the definition of internal control→overview of financial internal control→ introduction of JX Telecom and current status of financial internal control→ analysis of the causes of the financial internal control of JX Telecom based on internal control theory and related regulations → proposes an optimization strategy and Control Point Design for Financial Internal Control Problem→Summary... |
