Study On The Planning And Design Of Shuanggou Town Agricultural Park In Xiangyang City

With the gradual development of China's economy,China's agricultural and rural development has entered a new historical stage.Therefore,higher requirements have been put forward for the development of agriculture.The government has increased its support for agricultural construction and increased the speed of agricultural and rural development.Integrate tourism and agricultural development to jointly promote sustainable agriculture.At present,all localities have actively established agricultural parks to promote rural rejuvenation.Therefore,planning and construction of agricultural parks is of great significance for exploring new directions for agricultural development.Fuyang has excellent resources and superior environmental conditions.Modern agriculture has obvious advantages in development,which provides important conditions for the construction of agricultural parks in Shuanggou Town.At the same time,Shuanggou Town is a demonstration town of "Sihua Synchronous" in Hubei Province.It has rich biological resources,many special agricultural products,unique cultural history and landscape resources,great potential for leisure agriculture,and strong agricultural foundation.It has unique conditions for the development of agricultural parks.However,the planning of agricultural parks in our country generally has problems such as too advanced planning,a single functional structure of the park,and lack of local characteristics,which cannot form a complete system.The construction of Shuanggou Town Agricultural Park integrates science and technology,entertainment,education,and culture to fully meet the production and living needs of urban residents,improve the rural environment,improve the quality of people's living standards,increase the income of farmers,and promote the healthy development of the social economy.The author used survey and analysis methods,comparative research methods,and literature research methods to combine the actual situation with the planning and design of agricultural parks in Shuanggou Town.The main findings are as follows:1)Based on the planning and design of leisure agriculture sightseeing tourism,agricultural development theory and the construction of ecological civilization,the"four-beautiful" agricultural park integrating ecology,industry,livability and culture is proposed.(2)Through a field visit to Shuanggou Town in Xiangyang City,a comprehensive analysis of the overall planning,functional zoning,route arrangement,and infrastructure of the agricultural park will be conducted to rationally propose a planning plan.According to the status of land use,the land potential will be fully utilized and the land will be divided uniformly.(3)To plan and design a high-quality agricultural park,it is necessary to give full play to local resource advantages according to local conditions,preserve the local cultural features,and build unique styles while at the same time having innovative development.Use science and technology to change the forms of production and life in rural areas and integrate modern forces into agriculture.Combining agricultural landscape with characteristic culture,learning and entertainment,and creating a unique tourist park,the park is divided into two themes:the leisure theme core area and the boutique agricultural park.The construction content is strictly divided,the various management mechanisms are implemented,and the local area is improved.Ecological,economic and social benefits.
