With the rise of big data and “Internet+”,the attraction of Internet companies to core talents is increasing.The psychological contract of the new generation of knowledge workers is becoming increasingly complex and the turnover rate is significantly higher than that of other industries.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the influence of psychological contract on turnover intention.This paper focuses on the research of the new generation of knowledge workers in the Internet company,and explores the influence of the psychological contract of the independent variables and the clear perception of the role of the intermediary variables on the turnover intention of the dependent variable.This paper uses the literature review method to define the core concepts of variables such as psychological contract,clear role recognition,and turnover intention.According to related theories,research hypotheses and models are proposed.At the same time,specific questionnaires are made on the basis of domestic and foreign research.Design and modification and description of sample sources.A total of 234 valid questionnaires were collected on the web platform.The statistical data of SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data collected and the hypothesis was tested.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)There is a significant difference in the development-type psychological contract between the marital status and the new generation of knowledge-based employees;there is a significant difference between the age-based transactional psychological contract and the relationship-type psychological contract,and there is a significant difference in education among all variables.In addition to the turnover intention,there are significant differences in other years of working life.(2)There is no negative effect of transactional psychological contract on turnover intention;relational psychological contract has a significant negative effect on turnover intention;developmental psychological contract has a significant negative effect on turnover intention.(3)The clear perception of roles has a mediating effect on the relationship between psychological contract and turnover intention.That is,the higher the clear understanding of the role of the knowledge-based employees in the new generation of Internet companies,the lower their turnover intention will be.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the suggestion of reducing the turnover rate of the new generation of knowledge workers from the perspective of the actual three-dimensionality of the psychological contract: practicing the transaction-type psychological contract,maintaining the relationship-type psychological contract,realizing the development-type psychological contract,and simultaneously improving the role of clarity Awareness level.
