With the increasingly fierce market competition,the FX group begins to adjust the existing expansion strategy,increase the number of the direct-sale stores and reduce the number of the napa stores.Based on the straight camp shop of the FX group in liaoning area,to study the relationship between the salary reward and manager performance.According to the performance evaluation methods of the group and the related literature,to establish the comprehensive performance evaluation index and the performance index of efficiency.Comprehensive performance index consists of asset turnover rate,inventory turnover rate,sales growth rate,sales profit growth rate;performance efficiency index consists of turnover/business ping number gross profit margin/business ping number,inventory turnover,turnover/personnel number.Testing by SPEARMAN correlation coefficent,the results found that the manager salary and the Comprehensive performance values of the stores are positively correlated;the manager salary are negatively correlated with objective store performance efficiency,the average income of the female Manager is higher than that of male Manager.Aanalysis shows that the existing salary system assessment standard suits early expansion strategy,but not fully support the current strategy;the group needs to increase performance efficiency assessment content,but the implementation object should focus on the old shops which have stable market share,for new stores should give priority to the integrated performance index evaluation and supplemented by the performance efficiency index evaluation,the company needs to pay attention to the promotion of the female Manager.
