In recent years,the Rural Revitalization Strategy put forward in The 19 th National Congress of CPC and the central document No.1 every year reflects the attention of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The establishment of low carbon countryside is the most important link in relation to the ecological civilization and the revitalization of the countryside.The extreme of climate,which directly increases the uncertainty of agricultural production,is particularly important for the use of low carbon technology in agriculture.In order to cope with climate change,agriculture is also faced with the pressure of reducing greenhouse gas emissions,carbon fixation and energy saving.At present,the agricultural low carbon awareness of farmers in China is not strong,and the use rate of low carbon technology is not very high.It is based on the environment and the reality of the background,application status of farmers' low carbon technology to find out the major grain producing provinces is very urgent.In the process of agricultural modernization,the main body of new type grain business is growing.It will become the main force in the process of modern agriculture development,and it will also undertake an important task in building low carbon agriculture.This paper through field visits and questionnaire survey in Jiangxi Province,by the end of the first-hand information analysis of factors affecting the scale of Jiangxi province agriculture farmers' adoption behavior of low carbon technology,and describes the analysis of the current Jiangxi Province Agricultural Application of low carbon technology status and characteristics.The article first analyzes and defines the agricultural low-carbon technology and the scale of farmers,and then summarizes the relevant literature and related theoretical analysis.The article believes that agricultural low carbon technology subsidy policy has a positive effect on improving farmers' low carbon technology adoption enthusiasm,and will cause the next year's expansion of production.Secondly,we describe the difference of technology adoption enthusiasm of farmers with different scale of characteristics.Finally,we use ordinal regression model to analyze the factors that affect scale farmers' adoption of agricultural low carbon technology.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)the adoption rate of low carbon technology in farming links and pesticide spraying links was lower than 20%;the adoption rate of low carbon technology in fertilizer links and waste disposal links was higher than that in other production sectors.(2)under the characteristics of different educational levels,the positive changes in the adoption of low carbon technology for small-scale farmers are the largest.(3)the characteristics of individual(family)have significant influence on the adoption of low carbon technology for scale farmers.(4)in the production of characteristicvariables in the traditional group,the size of households in the grain producing areas of low carbon technology adopted higher enthusiasm.(5)in the group of policy feature variables,the low carbon subsidy policy can promote the adoption of low carbon technology for scale households.According to the above research conclusion,this paper puts forward the following suggestions from the government level,technical level,household level: scientific and standardized agricultural production and sustainable promotion of low-carbon technology and increase the use of subsidies,the establishment of agricultural production,a new negative list of low carbon agricultural personnel;the development of technology,low carbon agricultural biotechnology due to the different development of building low-carbon technology,technology achievement transformation platform;young peasants responsibility,enhance the leading role,the scale of farmers abandon extensive agricultural production consciousness,actively participate in technical cooperation.
