Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Tourism Development In Guangning,Vietnam

These years,the rapid development of global tourism,promote the large-scale development of tourism resources around the world,the tourism industry increasingly fierce competition,all have embarked on the road of regional sustainable development,regional tourism cooperation has become a trend of world tourism development,has become the country to improve the tourism competitiveness,improving the image of regional tourism,sustainable tourism,healthy and rapid development of an important way.Now,with the overall development of society,economy and culture and the improvement of people's living standard,the demand for tourism is becoming higher and higher.In Vietnam,although the tourism industry started late,it has developed rapidly in quantity and quality in recent years,and has made a significant contribution to the national economy.Guangning province is located in the northeast of Vietnam,especially the two places in Halong City and the island county has Yuri tun of human,natural and cultural history of many rich tourism resources,is conducive to the development of the tourism industry.Under the full investigation of the tourism development in Guangning,Vietnam,the following problems are found:transportation infrastructure,lack of local characteristics,human resources,low quality of service and limited management capacity.Therefore,this paper has been to Guangning province and Halong City County of Yun Tun Island analysis and evaluation,then put forward the feasible solution.After the construction of tourism strategy,Guangning province will get detailed proposals for major breakthroughs,as well as various projects that the province can implement and realize the development of the province's tourism industry.The plan will come up with innovative ideas to address the biggest restrictions currently facing Guangning.The main results of this study are as follows:introduce the current situation,development,problems,development goals and development strategies of Guangning's tourism industry.Other provinces need to solve the main problems that the author is to attract tourists from all over the world and the rest of the country tourists;the development of a modern infrastructure,reception into the provincial and provincial tourist attractions to facilitate;solve the problem of human resources in the tourism industry,to create employment opportunities,increase income for the society,efforts to reduce poverty;the left rear is reasonable planning and management of tourism development plan.The dilemma of development and development of Vietnam Tourism Industry in Guangning province and countermeasure,to develop the overall direction of the development of tourism program,Vietnam will directly promote the development of the tourism industry in Guangning Province healthy and sustainable development,and the development of thetourism industry in other areas play a leading role.
