Study On The Problem And Contermeasures Of Changzhou Inter-departmental Sharing Of Tax-related Information

The inter-departments sharing mechanism of tax-related information is not perfect.because of not only the lack of unified management and planning,the lack of inconsiderate of inter-departmental information resources,but also the system of government taxes management pattern,the phenomenon of information island and repeated construction is ubiquitous.It caused great waste,and was completely opposite with providing a better public service tenet.The various the information resources division or monopoly of the departments,and the contrast between the information sharing demand and the actual sharing,which have greatly restricted the efficiency of public services,collaborative management and emergency response capabilities,become the bottleneck of the development of inter-departments sharing of China's tax-related information.From the concept of tax information,This paper does researches into inter-departments sharing mechanism of tax-related information from the way of the legal protection mechanism,the decision mechanism,the operating management mechanism,the long term stimulation mechanism and etc.This paper introduces practical progress of inter-departments sharing of tax-related information at home and abroad,discusses problems in the practice of inter-departments sharing of tax-related information in China,analyzes the cause of these problems,and proposes the strategy to improve China's inter-departments sharing mechanism of tax-related information,combined with relevant theories and foreign experience.The aim is to enrich and perfect the study of inter-departments sharing mechanism of tax-related information,to provide more abundant and accurate the sources of tax-related information for tax risk management and tax administration,to improve China's tax modernization management ability.
