Research On The Operation And Management Of RSTF Real Estate Private Equity Fund

In recent years,with the acceleration of China's urbanization process,China's real estate industry has been developing rapidly.At the same time,the development of real estate also brings about the problems of high price and soaring house price.The central government has introduced a series of macro-control policies(including finance,land,administration and other aspects)to guide the healthy development of the real estate.These policies have limited the source of the capital of the housing enterprises and the real estate of our country.The financing channel of production enterprises is relatively simple,and banks are the main sources.The real estate industry urgently needs new and diversified financing channels to get funds to meet its development.At the same time,China's huge volume of private capital and the increasing high net worth crowd are also actively seeking suitable investment channels.The financing demand of the real estate industry provides investment opportunities and development space for the large amount of private capital.In this context,the development of real estate private fund has become a necessity.Based on this background,this paper uses the methods of normative analysis,comparative analysis,case analysis and other research methods to analyze and study the development of the private equity fund of real estate in China.First,the paper introduces the research background,research significance and research methods and the structure of the article.Secondly,it expounds the related concepts and theories of real estate private equity fund,and on this basis,combs the related research achievements on private equity and real estate private equity funds at home and abroad;then,through the above,The theoretical basis,the introduction of RSTF real estate private equity fund,and into the actual investment case Langfang project,analysis of the status and existing problems of RSTF real estate private equity fund company,and put forward the solution and related suggestions.Finally,I summarize and look forward to the next research direction.
