In recent years,with China's heavy machinery industry situation continues to slump,heavy industry enterprises have encountered serious difficulties,the original marketing model can not meet the current development requirements.Therefore,in the case of heavy machinery and machinery downturn,to find a way to enhance customer satisfaction based on the development of the road of marketing is particularly important.Based on the actual situation of CITIC Heavy Industries CO.,LTD,this paper makes a theoretical study on the theory of customer satisfaction index and classical model of customer satisfaction.Based on Bayesian theory and other knowledge of nonlinear disciplines,a prediction model of CITIC Heavy Industries CO.,LTD,Customer Satisfaction based on Bayesian classifier is established,and the forecast and analysis of customer satisfaction is realized successfully.The main contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the influencing factors of customer satisfaction of CITIC Heavy Industries CO.,LTD,and establishes the customer satisfaction scale,which lays the foundation for the establishment of prediction model.(2)The data of CITIC Heavy Industries CO.,LTD,Marketing Order are used as original data samples,and the data complexity is solved by normalizing,discretizing and attribute reduction.(3)Based on Bayesian theory and other knowledge of nonlinear disciplines,a prediction model of CITIC Heavy Industries CO.,LTD,Customer Satisfaction based on Bayesian classifier is established and the model is accurately analyzed from three aspects:detailed accuracy,node error rate and confusion matrix.Degree of verification;(4)The model is used to predict the customer satisfaction degree of CITIC Heavy Industries CO.,LTD,,and the results are compared with the actual results.(5)In view of the company's marketing business provides a set of development strategies based on customer satisfaction,and promote the company's sales performance of the substantial growth,making the company's marketing development more scientific,greatly improving the competitiveness of the industry.The research contents of this paper provide a new idea and method for the marketing business of CITIC Heavy Industries CO.,LTD,which has certain practical application value.
