With the further development of our social economy,the extensive import of high and new technology in tourism,the state policies and measures of developing tourism in perfecting and people-oriented concept of thorough popular feeling,tourism is experiencing great changes in our country,the development of the national economy plays a very important role.Tourism has become a lot of people the basic life need,also become more and more people's pursuit of a way of life,many people show strong desire to travel.Tourism demand of urban residents are no longer merely developed areas,pingliang city urban residents with the improvement of living standards,the change of consumption idea,travel demand has become increasingly strong.Pingliang city,this article choose travel demand of urban residents as the research point,the pingliang tourism market development has a realistic significance.This paper USES the method of qualitative analysis on the research of predecessors in travel demand the comb,on this basis,by using the method of sampling survey of urban residents in pingliang tourism demand of the original data collection.First travel demand related items in the questionnaire,respectively,do the analysis,obtained the related requirements;The factor analysis,in the demand for tourism items to extract principal component,the nine common factor,and verify the population characteristics and the correlation of common factor;Then on the basis of the common factor clustering analysis,the four kinds of types of travel demand;Finally use the crosstab analysis the relationship between four types and population characteristics.Urban residents,pingliang,finally clarify the basic characteristics of travel demand.Pingliang city travel demand of urban residents has its regional and cultural features:like domestic long-term travel,travel purpose is mainly growth experience,enhance interpersonal relationship,sightseeing;On the tourism resources of preference in the majority with landscapes,especially like water scenery;Accommodation and food not high-grade,affordable and characteristic,heavy real tourism experience;Self-drive travel occupies a larger proportion in the short-distance travel,has the trend of further development;The plane is the first choice for long distance travel transportation;Travel to the most concentrated in the summer,and the number of winter vacation travel less over the weekend.Travel in the way like Tours with friends,family,most people hope to obtain travelinformation from the Internet and mobile phones.Overall,adolescents,low-income people pay attention to the tourism basic consumption;Middle-aged and young,highly educated,government employees,teachers,middle-aged families,higher income people pay more attention to individual travel demand;The elderly,the enterprise personnel,service and sales staff pay more attention to rational consumption;Elementary school,junior high school degree lay particular stress on tourist attitude.in view of the characteristics of tourism demand of urban residents,pingliang,proposed the corresponding marketing strategy.Analysis established the selection strategy of target market.On the product development of domestic long-term predominantly scenery landscape tourism products,develop tourism product,suitable for families to choose to develop products of self-help tourism,development with local characteristics of accommodation and catering.In the channel choice on the Internet and mobile Internet.Pay attention to the tourists cost on the price.Pay attention to communication on the promotion,USES the network communication and promotion.
