In May 2014,Xi Jinping first proposed "new normal of economic" during his visit to Henan Province,which marks that our country's economic development has entered a new historical stage.With the economy of our country entering a new normal,the development of China's city commercial banks is slowing down,the ten-year fast-growing golden age has gone.In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet finance,the trend of financial disintermediation eroding the customer of the city commercial banks unceasingly.As a result,the traditional business operations of urban banks have been greatly affected.Under such circumstances,it is particularly important for commercial banks to find a suitable business transformation path suitable for their own development.The article first sorts out the related concepts of economic and financial new normal,and on this basis,it analyzes the current situation of urban commercial banks and the external environment problems they faced in the new normal,which pointed out the necessity of transformation.Secondly,selected 16 city commercial banks of different area and different scale.Taking the specific environment of the new normal as the background,this paper makes use of the analytic hierarchy process to discuss the development capability,financial innovation,corporate governance and risk management of city commercial banks Based on the comprehensive empirical analysis of the operational capacity of urban commercial banks under the new normal conditions,this paper concludes that the transformation of urban commercial banks should adhere to the differentiated and characteristic orientation,adhere to the financial innovation lead the transformation of operation,adhere to improve the corporate governanceand and risk management level,and increase the intensity of personnel training and introduce the talented person.Finally,according to the specific problems existing in the process of Tangshan Bank's own development,it puts forward the basic measures to promote the transformation of Tangshan Bank's operation.
