Research On Leisure Agriculture Development In Zhanjiang City

On October 18,2017,general secretary xi jinping put forward the "rural revitalization strategy" at the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,and put forward a new direction for solving the problems of China's agriculture and agriculture in the new era.The development of leisure agriculture to promote agricultural development mode change,optimize the agricultural structure,promote the farmers' income,promote the communication between urban and rural areas,reduce gap between urban and rural areas is of great significance,and is also an important way to realize rural revitalization strategy.Zhanjiang city has abundant agricultural resources,forestry resources,beautiful ecological environment and comfortable climate environment,and has the endowment advantage of developing leisure agriculture.Zhanjiang zhanjiang leisure agriculture development is to promote agricultural structure optimization,agricultural industrial transformation and upgrading,development of agricultural functions,promote the agricultural development,the effective ways to broaden the agricultural development direction,is also to promote employment,increase farmers' income,rural residents in zhanjiang people's good life of effective solutions,to balance urban and rural development at the same time,played an important role to promote cultural exchanges between urban and rural areas.With the development of zhanjiang urbanization level to further improve,the people are further growth of income level,and the enlargement of zhanjiang tourism source markets,zhanjiang leisure agriculture gradually speed up the development speed.Agricultural multi-function theory is presented in this paper,the leisure economy under the guidance of theory and experience economic theory,using the empirical research method,literature induction and contrast analysis,such as research methods,to deeply analyze zhanjiang leisure agriculture development situation.The specific research contents are divided into five aspects: first,the basic connotation and theoretical basis of leisure agriculture;Second,the basic situation of the development of leisure agriculture in zhanjiang city;Third,the problems existing in thedevelopment of leisure agriculture in zhanjiang city;Fourthly,the successful cases of domestic and foreign leisure agriculture development are analyzed and its successful experience is drawn.Fifth,aiming at the problems in the development of leisure agriculture in zhanjiang city,such as single project,shortage of talents and poor financing channels,the author puts forward some pertinent countermeasures and Suggestions.Through the study of leisure agriculture zhanjiang can be concluded that the development of zhanjiang in leisure agriculture development has the competitive advantage of resources endowment,promote zhanjiang zhanjiang leisure agriculture can promote the agricultural industry transformation and upgrading,extending agriculture industry chain,drive the rural employment,increase farmers' income,promote cultural exchanges between urban and rural areas.Zhanjiang leisure agriculture development with the support of the government,society and so on against the accelerated step by step,but also in the process of development also exposes a series of problems,need the government,enterprises and the masses and so on various aspects of mutual coordination,further defined zhanjiang development goals of leisure agriculture,fully mobilize all aspects of the positive factors to promote the development of leisure agriculture in zhanjiang.
