With the rapid development of Mongolia's economy,and has promulgated related policies of the government of Mongolia,the territory of Mongolia tourism industry in China has gradually become the second largest industry after the animal husbandry,and the process of development in the tourism industry like a raging fire in the local catering industry has also ushered in the great development opportunity.On this basis,as a Chinese restaurant operator,we should conform to the trend of social and policy development and find out the problems in its marketing process,so as to achieve effective development.This paper first detailed investigation and analysis to the current situation of the development area and restaurant in Mongolia,by means of questionnaires,the effective investigation of the current state of Mongolia area in the restaurant business,and according to the survey results,analysis and judgment in addition in the restaurant business level and business ability,combined with the relevant investigation analysis and Discussion on marketing strategies and methods in the area of Mongolia restaurant.Then,this paper uses 4P analysis method,from the food and beverage products,market channels,food prices and product promotion are discussed,and launched a more in-depth analysis on the current development situation of Mongolia country of the food and beverage industry;at the same time,this paper also uses PEST analysis method,from four aspects: political environment,economic environment,social environment with technological environment,a detailed analysis on the development of the territory of Mongolia China restaurant;on this basis,using SWOT analysis method,the Mongolia junior high school restaurant possess in the process of business operation and management of the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges are analyzed in detail,to fully understand the internal and external environment of Mongolia area and Restaurant China has in the current business,understand the competitive advantage,find the problems and challenges of its existence.After the above analysis,this paper puts forward the specific marketing strategy and marketing strategy of Mongolia national middle school restaurant.Through the research and analysis of this thesis,I hope to help Chinese restaurants in Mongolia to develop corresponding marketing strategies and marketing programs,so as to enable them to seize development opportunities and make full use of development advantages to achieve effective and effective development.
