Research On Tax Management Of Large Enterprises In B City In Inner Mongolia

The large enterprise is the main source of our national economy and the main source of tax.It is the real "key minority".For this part of the "key minority" to do a good business tax management,and it's a duty of tax authorities.Since December 24,2015,the office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "Deepening of State Administration of Taxation and local taxation bureau system reform program",the State Administration of Taxation to strengthen co-ordination and coordination and guidance,the local tax departments to actively explore,vertical linkage,promote the enterprise tax management level of the work carried out smoothly,economic analysis and risk analysis results show,individual tax move continuously,the tax administration of large enterprises showing a new look.Asked the IRS by administration of the autonomous region of the pilot provinces and cities,and in charge of the leadership personally to strengthen top-level design for our program,tax situation reform initiatives in order to opened the prelude to the taxation service and management reform of the tax system in the region of large enterprises.In April 2017,the tax bureaus directly under the State Administration of Taxation in B city adjusted the functions of the tax bureaus,specifically responsible for the tax risk analysis,coping and personalized services of the large enterprises in the city,and the tax administration departments of the large enterprises in the direct counterpart area provided the organizational guarantee for the tax administration of the large enterprises.This article intends to use the tax compliance management theory as the theoretical support of the paper from the perspective of modern taxation governance.From abstract to concrete,from commonality to individuality,linking taxation management practices of large companies,summarizing advanced experience at home and abroad.Analyze the status quo and problems of taxation management of large corporations in the State Taxation Bureau of B-city,and put forward measures and suggestions for improving the taxation management of big corporations in the State Taxation Bureau of B-city.
