| In recent years,the lawyer profession has achieved rapid development in China.As the legal service provider,law firms play the important roles in modern economic life.Legal service as a special “commodity” will continue to provide strong support and guarantee for dynamic economy activities.The organization structures of law firms are different from that of general cooperated enterprises.Cohesion in intellectual elements of legal services determines the large disparity between legal services and general commodity.It is unusual to apply diversified strategic management in law firm.FZ Law Firm,a small and medium-sized law firm,is a typical miniature of many same scale law firms in Xiamen.Like other same scale law firms,FZ Law Firm suffers from the development bottleneck in the fierce market competition.How to discover the new point of growth and how to find the suitable business strategy becomes the important issue for FZ Law Firm.The limitation of resources determines that it is hard for small and medium-sized law firms to make difference in integration,globalization and other expansionary strategies.Whereas,small and medium-sized law firms have distinctive advantages in human resource integration,flat management,product upgrade and strategic conversion.Combined with the practical development of FZ Law Firm,this paper takes the related diversify strategy as a breakthrough,applies with SWOT,QSPM,qualitative evaluation and other methods,demonstrates the measures of related diversify strategy from the strategy selection,approach,risk prevention and organization guarantee,based on the scientific evaluation of internal and external environment of FZ Law Firm.This paper devotes to seeking the new strategic models for FZ Law Firm and giving some useful thoughts for law firm in strategic management. |
