Research On The Impact Of Innovation Ability On Business Performance Of Small And Medium Listed Companies In China

With the deepening of economic globalization and the coming of knowledge economy era,enterprises are facing more and more complex international environment,and the competition between international and domestic enterprises is becoming more and more intense.In order to enable the enterprise to survive and grow in the competition,only by innovation can the enterprises gain the initiative.As the largest share of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,the improvement of their innovation ability provides reliable guarantee for the realization of China's innovative national development goals,and is also a reliable guarantee for improving the comprehensive strength of the country.Small and medium listed companies who play as the backbone of small and medium-sized enterprises,are in the leading position in their respective fields.Since May 17,2004,China has officially launched the small and medium-sized board,small and medium board listed companies have been growing and growing,and have achieved remarkable achievements.These enterprises have played a great role in relieving the pressure of employment and promoting the development of our economy.Meanwhile,the continuous adjustment and transformation of industries inside the companies who research and produce the high-tech products,have injected new impetus and vitality to China's industrial upgrading.However,the small and medium-sized listed companies in China start late,and the enterprise innovation ability is weak,which needs to be promoted as a whole.Therefore,through this study,it will have important theoretical and practical value for the improvement of the overall innovation ability and performance of the small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper first defines what is the SME board listed companies of China and analyzes their characteristics,and defines the concepts of innovation and business performance,the five aspects explain the innovation ability of small and medium enterprise board and points out that these five aspects form a dynamic system inwhich they contact and affect each other,and identify five comprehensive dimensions of business performance.And then on the basis,a comprehensive descriptive analysis about the status of the ability of innovation and performance of the small and medium-sized enterprises is given.Two evaluation systems about performance and innovation ability about the small and medium-sized enterprises are established.The evaluation indexes of innovation capability are determined by cluster analysis,which is the independent variable;and the five common factors as evaluation indicators of company performance is extracted by factor analysis method,which is the dependent variable.Set up a regression relationship between the two variables,and use SPSS 24 software to carry out regression analysis.At last we give a conclusion as follows,that is the innovation ability can significantly promote performance improvement of small and medium enterprises,and it is also the source of core competitiveness of enterprises and make the foundation for healthy and sustainable development.On enhancing the innovation capability of enterprises,the government should should constitute policies and regulations to promote the deepening of the reform about the innovation belong the supply side,and puts forward countermeasures to push the collaborative innovation.And the enterprises themselves should change the ideas of innovation,pay attention to the construction of the talent team.Hoping these can cultivate and enhance the innovation ability of the SME board listed companies.
