Nowadays,with the deepening of global economic integration and deepening of financial system reform,the development of state-owned commercial banks in China is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.It is very important for state-owned commercial banks to make their own marketing strategy if they want to gain an advantageous position in the fierce market competition.The Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank has made some achievements in the region so far,but there are still shortcomings.Based on the research object of the Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank,this paper uses literature review,interview,case analysis and SWOT analysis to design a marketing strategy for the Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank.The main contents of this paper include:Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the research,as well as the current research status at home and abroad,the main contents and methods of the research.Based on the analysis of the macro environment and industry environment of the Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank,this paper draws the opportunity and threat of the external environment of the Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank.Through the analysis of the internal environment of the Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank,this paper draws the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment of the Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank.Secondly,based on the analysis of the external environment and internal environment of the Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank,the marketing strategy design of the Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank is designed based on SWOT matrix.The strategic policy,the strategic cycle,the strategic target and the strategic focus are determined,and two strategic stages are divided according to the actual situation.Finally,the countermeasures and safeguards for the implementation of marketing strategy are formulated.These guarantee the implementation of the marketing strategy of the Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank in many ways in order to achieve the strategic goal of the Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank as the best local bank and to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank.I hope this research can bring inspiration to the marketing work of the Qinhuangdao branch of China Construction Bank,make up for the deficiencies in marketing development,and further highlight the tight encirclement in the fierce financial competition environment,expand the competitive advantage and improve the economic efficiency.
