In recent years,as the agricultural bank return to the rural market,the postal savings bank expand rapidly and the local commercial bank and rural bank blooms everwhere,rural credit cooperatives are facing unprecedented pressure.Now and for a fairly long time,banking financial institutions,especially in rural credit cooperatives,facing with the reform and development of new opportunities.In 2017,provincial association will bring a new network construction into the work focus,and it points out that the main work is in the network and is at the base.The basic network is forward position of rural credit system,and also the first-line team of us to participate in the market competition.Talent is the key for competing.Therefore to establish an effective incentive system will plays an important role for arousing the enthusiasm of employee,enhancing the competitiveness and improving service level of the bank's of G county.This employee of grass-roots branches of G county rural credit cooperatives as the research object,and takes predecessor' s fruit of incentive theory as guidance.By inquiring and investigating to get a preliminary understanding of its current incentives,and by designing effective questionnaires to do in-depth investigation and analysis from the four aspects of salary and welfare,working environment,personal development and enterprise prospect to find out the deficiency and problems in the incentive mechanism of G county rural credit cooperatives.Based on the above four aspects,the optimization research is carried out to build an incentive system and a series of incentive measures are put forward to initiative work enthusiasm of the employee of grass-roots branches to ensure whose energy,and to accelerate the restructuring and to improve the market competitiveness of G county rural credit cooperatives.
