With the economic growth,the living standard of residents has also been continuously improved,and the demand for family property insurance has also increased year by year.In recent years,the insurance industry has developed rapidly with the economic growth.Currently,the industry is filled with opportunities and challenges.How insurance companies improve marketing methods and service levels in a new environment,formulate marketing strategies suitable for company development,expand market size,and increase Market competitiveness have become major problems faced by various insurance companies.Z Insurance Company,located in Baoding City,Hebei Province,has a unique geographical and economic advantage.And the establishment of the Xiong'an New District will bring opportunities for the development of family property insurance.The paper uses the 4P marketing theory to analyze the current marketing status of the company's family property insurance through the literature research method and empirical research method.It points out that the company lacks competitive advantages in product marketing,the product pricing is unreasonable,the company's marketing channels are limited,the promotion activities are lagging behind,and the company lacks management in service process.Aiming at these problems,the company can improve the existing marketing strategy by adopting following strategies: develop new product,perform differential price strategy,accelerate the development of diversified marketing channels,use the Internet to promote sales,improve after-sales service,and continuously improve outreach services.Thus the company can improve its market size and competitiveness,and achieve simultaneous improvement of its own profits and brand influence.
