At present,with the rapid development of market economy,China's power industry is developing very fast.The increasingly fierce market competition among power enterprises has prompted the power system to continue to reform in accordance with the trend of the times.Therefore,all electric power enterprises should increase internal control and constantly improve various control systems.In order to open a new road and occupy an absolute advantage in the future market competition,enterprises must strictly control and control their own internal control to improve their ability to resist risk.Otherwise,it is likely to slow down the development rhythm of the enterprises and let enterprises gradually lose their living space.First of all,this paper makes a systematic summary of the industrial environment of enterprise internal control,and then introduces the research status of internal and external internal control of enterprises at home and abroad,studies the theory of internal control of enterprises in an all-round way,and puts forward the guidelines for strengthening the construction of internal control.The most typical of them is the SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD.Through the understanding of the basic situation of the company and the progress of the internal control and management of SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD,the researchers have made a detailed introduction to the internal control status of SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD from five elements of internal control.Through the way of questionnaire survey,the results of internal control evaluation are analyzed with the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the results show that the company has some experience and results,but it still has problems and defects.Aiming at the existing problems and defects,the improvement measures are put forward under the guidance of advanced internal control theory.In general,the improvement space of SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD is still very large,and if it can continuously improve the internal control system of SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD,it will make the SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD become a new one.It is hoped that the SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD will enhance the potential of Jiangsu'sdevelopment and make it have better prospects after this series of improvements.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter,introduction.This paper introduces the research background and significance,introduces the research methods,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and explains the research framework and main content of this paper.The second chapter is an overview of the theory of internal control.The meaning and development process of internal control are outlined,and the objectives and principles,main contents and framework of China's internal control system are introduced.The third chapter outlines the status quo of internal control of national electric power investment SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD.This paper introduces the general situation of SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD,analyzes the current situation of internal control of SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD,and evaluates the internal control of SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD,designs and investigates the internal control of the company,and analyzes the results of internal control evaluation by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The fourth chapter is about the research of internal control of SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD.This chapter mainly studies the necessity of the research on the internal control of SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD,and describes the five elements of internal control.For example,human resources management is not mature,organizational structure is not sound,enterprise culture construction is not comprehensive,power system reform risk,power trading activity control is not comprehensive,marketing management is not perfect,internal audit supervision is insufficient,information can not communicate effectively.The weak links of the internal control increase the business risk of the company,which is not conducive to the promotion of management and the realization of the strategic objectives of the company,which hinders the healthy development of the company.The fifth chapter is about the internal control countermeasures of national electric power investment SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD.This paper puts forward the guiding principles and optimization measures of the internal control optimization of SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD,optimizes the control and control environment within the enterprise,optimizes the risk assessment from the risk management system process and the evaluation process,strengthens the internal control activities,strengthens the internal supervision,and strengthens the information and communication management.The sixth chapter,the conclusion and the prospect.In this chapter,through the research and analysis of the internal control of SPIC Jiangsu electric power co.,LTD,the Optimization Countermeasures for internal control are put forward,the main conclusions are drawn from the necessity of optimization,the principles and ideas of optimization,and the innovation and limitation of this paper are briefly summarized,and the future research is prospected.
