The Strategy Research Of Commercial Banks Participating In PPP Mode

The mode of government and social capital cooperation(PPP)is an important economic strategy of the present country.Under the state council and the departments of the national development and reform commission,ministry of finance from the aspects of policies and regulations,such as financing support to the PPP model direct guidance and support,especially in the construction of urbanization,in response to the funding gap,reduce government debt burden,the PPP enormous room for development.At present,the government advocates the PPP mode,encourage social capital to participate in,and due to the time is long,the PPP project financing demand is big,so the social capital to participate in the problem of financing,in our country at present,under the financial system of commercial Banks is still the money supply mainly,in the face of the further development of the PPP projects,commercial Banks how to participate more,is a problem worthy of studying.Firstly,this paper summarizes the development status of the PPP model abroad and China through background research and literature research.From the definition of PPP mode,classification and financing characteristics of PPP project,the necessity of adopting PPP mode in China's infrastructure construction and public service is analyzed in detail.Secondly,the types and characteristics of PPP mode are analyzed,especially the process and risk of PPP mode in financing.On this basis,the paper studies the necessity,advantages and the main ways and risks of commercial Banks' participation in PPP mode.Then,the main mode of commercial Banks' participation in PPP is analyzed in detail,which is the PPP fund,which makes a detailed introduction and detailed comparison of various methods.Finally,through three practical PPP fund case analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of the participation of commercial Banks in PPP projects,and puts forward some Suggestions.
