The Research On Supply Chain Finance Model And Risk Control Based On Internet

Supply chain finance has significant advantages in solving the problem of financing difficulties for SMEs.It uses core corporate credit spillovers and uses real trading activities as risk assessment criteria to make up for the financial information weakness of SMEs.The use of Internet technology has brought supply chain finance to a new stage,bringing many benefits.At present,many institutions in China have participated in the practice of Internet supply chain financial business.However,relevant case studies are not enough.Based on information asymmetry theory,credit ration theory and transaction cost theory,this paper selects Eternal Asia as its research object and adopts research methods including literature research,case analysis and normative analysis.The paper firstly discusses the development of China's supply chain finance under the background of Internet,and then introduces the case of Eternal Asia,focusing on financing process,financing products,risk identification and risk control methods.It also deeply analyses the effectiveness and the advantages of this case,leading to the conclusion that Eternal Asia's model can effectively solve the financing problems of supply chain companies.Furthermore,the model is optimal with the advantages of data,logistics,continuous funding and deep understanding of supply chain.Through case analysis,this paper finds that Eternal Asia's model promotes transparency of information in the supply chain,reduces transaction costs and improves the financing efficiency through the application of Internet.Meanwhile,it makes financing activities more targeted and risk control methods more effective and reliable.Data accumulation,sufficient experience and other advantages have doubled these effects.Therefore,this case is typical and exemplary.It provides a new solution to the financing of supply chain companies.
