The Research On The Operations And Risks Of Oversea-listed Chinese Firms Coming Back To Chinese Market Based On The Perspective Of Strong Shareholders

In recent years,due to the huge difference in valuation between China and the America capital market,many oversea-listed Chinese firms come back to Chinese capital market.However,the return of oversea-listed Chinese firms will also bring instability to the domestic capital market and foreign exchange market.In 2016,the China securities regulatory commission(CSRC)once called a halt to the return.On December 29,2017,Qihoo 360's plan for A listed company,jiangnan jiajie,has been approved by the CSRC,which marks the re-opening of the "gate" of the oversea-listed Chinese firms coming back to China market.It is the largest Internet company which ever to return.Subsequently,the state publicly expressed its support for the return of oversea-listed Chinese firms which control the core technology.Moreover,robin li at the two sessions in 2018 publicly stated that baidu stands ready to return to China market at any time.In the future,the return of the Internet will be the trend.In general,strong shareholders dominate the return of oversea-listed Chinese firms.At the same time,strong shareholders enjoy the huge gains of stock return and the huge risk.At present,scholars at home and abroad focused on the oversea-listed Chinese firms' return reason,path,performance and risk of research,not large shareholders in the operation of stock return and risk research.Based on the perspective of large shareholders,this paper focuses on the operation and risk of the return of Chinese general shares,and takes Qihoo 360 as the research object.Through literature research and case analysis,this paper deeply studies the motivation of big shareholders to promote qihoo 360's return and analyzes the operation and risk-taking of major shareholders in qihoo 360's return.This paper hopes to provide some references for oversea-listed Chinese firms and their strong shareholders.
