Research On Influencing Factors Of Enterprise Performance

The influencing factors of enterprise performance have always been the focus of domestic and foreign scholars.At present,most scholars study the influence factors of enterprise performance from a single dimension.However,many of the influencing factors of enterprise performance are interrelated and interactive.Therefore,this thesis systematically examines the impact of different factors on corporate performance by constructing a multi-dimensional index system.The first part of thesis mainly introduced the research background and research significance of enterprise performance,and then to the domestic and foreign present situation of research on factors affecting enterprise performance,and puts forward the innovation of the thesis and deficiencies.The second part elaborates the evaluation method of performance and discusses the relevant theoretical support of enterprise performance research.The third part puts forward the hypothesis,determines the variable and constructs the theoretical model frame.The fourth part of the thesis select 526 Shanghai and shenzhen a-share listed companies as samples,to build the overall sample,manufacturing and non-manufacturing enterprises three sample of panel data to explore the national policy,the enterprise ownership,the ecological environment development,and enterprise debt,enterprise scale,enterprise growth ability,technology and innovation ability and the enterprise human capital and so on eight internal and external factors impact on enterprise performance.Through the empirical analysis of the three samples,the results show that both manufacturing enterprise and manufacturing enterprise,national policy,enterprise scale,enterprise growth ability and enterprise performance have a stable positive correlation;Enterprise ownership,corporate debt and corporate performance have a stable negative correlation;There is no significant correlation between ecological environment development and enterprise performance.There is no significant correlation between the performance of manufacturing enterprises and the performance of manufacturing enterprises.Regarding the human capital factors of enterprises,it is positively correlated with the performance of manufacturing enterprises and negatively correlated with the performance of non-manufacturing enterprises.In the fifth part,based on the results of empirical analysis and related hypotheses,the thesis puts forward some specific countermeasures and Suggestions.
