Entrepreneurship is an important strategy for alleviating employment pressure and has a significant role in promoting economic development.In recent years,with the development of China's economy,women's social status has been continuously improved and their ideological concepts are constantly opening up.More and more women choose to start their own businesses.The increasing number of female entrepreneurs has become an important force in promoting economic development.However,while the practice of female entrepreneurship is flourishing,there are also difficulties and obstacles.First of all,the Chinese traditional family concept restricts the development and implementation of female entrepreneurial activities.Second,due to the previous male-dominated business environment,women face gender discrimination and prejudice in the entrepreneurial process.Therefore,how women entrepreneursdeal with the public opinion barriers and the entrepreneurial environment lack of resources and trust,and successfully launching a business is also an urgent issue to be solved.This study takes Chinese women entrepreneurs as the research object,based on the theory of entrepreneurial process,and from the point of view of learning-driven,combing the key factors in the process of women's entrepreneurship.By reviewing the relevant contents of women's entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship process theory,entrepreneurship learning,we find that the current research results on women's entrepreneurship process are limited,lacking in-depth and systematic research,and failing to take into account the special difficulties faced by women in the entrepreneurial process.Without a theory based on the Chinese context,it is impossible to provide good guidance for practice.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out qualitative research and use the grounded theory to proceed from the context of China to construct the entrepreneurial process model of female entrepreneurs.This article uses grounded research methods to study the entrepreneurial process of Chinese female entrepreneurs.First,conduct semi-structured interviews with ten female entrepreneurs in Heilongjiang Province,and the collected data were analyzed through the three-level encoding process of opencoding,spindle coding and selective coding,then achieved 28 categories and 6main categories and 1 core category which is study driven entrepreneurship process.Then,based on the core categories and interview data,analyze the logical relationship between the categories.Based on this,the theoretical model of the study was constructed.And explained the female entrepreneurs' learning-driven entrepreneurial mechanism: female entrepreneurs have relatively strong entrepreneurial motives,and entrepreneurial learning can promote the development and implementation of opportunities recognition,resource integration.Then summarize the results of the entrepreneurship and feedback to the next entrepreneurial practice.In order to increase the female entrepreneurial success probability,this research recommends increasing female entrepreneurs' self-perception,increasing the integration of entrepreneurial resources,conducting entrepreneurship education,and improving entrepreneurial social environment.Finally,on the basis of research and discussion,this paper summarizes the progress made in the construction of female entrepreneurial theory,and points out the limitations of this study and the direction of future research.
