Enterprise employee insurance is social insurance which enterprises participate in for employees according to law,and is other insurance as supplementary benefits.Insurance is able to ensure employees' survival rights,spread risk for enterprises,attract and retain talents,and enhance enterprise cohesion.However,the effect and management of insurance tend to be ignored during enterprise development,and the imbalance in development is bound to cause problems which will obstruct enterprise development if not solved promptly.As state-owned enterprise,Heilongjiang post keeps innovating in accord with the development of market economy.Problems of non-standard employment mode and salary payment in the period of reformation led to constant disputes on insurance between enterprise and employees.Insurance management problem caused by decentralized management model,high cost and heavy burden of employee insurance,any new problems which enterprise is going to face during development of social insurance,are problems and emphasis which Heilongjiang postal insurance management needs to solve and improve urgently.National policy should be mastered when solving problems of Heilongjiang postal enterprise's insurance management,promulgation and implementation of Social security law puts forward higher requirement to standardization of enterprise management.Insurance disputes should be solved fundamentally by means of strengthening control of insurance risk,and control and optimization of cost by research from the aspect of law.Enterprise insurance management lags behind enterprise development,which will be improved by overall plan on problems of internal management lag and meticulous management of enterprise insurance promoted by informatization.It is proposed that situation of dispersed localization insurance management could be improved by strengthening provincial centralized management,unified plan,standardized management,reinforcing control of risk,pushing standardization of enterprise insurance management with the development of enterprise transformation.Enterprise and employee's anti-risk ability should beenhanced by increasing enterprise insurance level and taking advantage of varieties of insurance.Adjusted enterprise insurance management is able to greatly reduce quantities of insurance disputes,stabilize staff team,enhance enterprise competitiveness,promote development of social insurance and social stability and harmony.
