Against a backdrop of slowing global drug growth,the emerging pharmaceutical market,led by China,has been growing at a rate of 14 to 17 percent in recent years,and China has become the world's largest emerging pharmaceutical market.Pharmaceutical enterprise in China rapid development,rapidly changing external environment,information technology and changing social environment,private enterprises how to retain talent,motivate their employees,design effective incentive policy of the enterprise,is the important problems facing the company.Based on the current situation of the knowledge employee performance appraisal system of S pharmaceutical company,this paper analyzes the weakness of the incentive mechanism of the company based on first-hand on-site interview data.In this paper,based on the investigation to the company's existing appraisal system,combined with the enterprise employees feedback on the performance appraisal system,through the way of interview,confirm the understanding and awareness of the status quo of the enterprise staff to find the staff performance appraisal is the most concerned about.Through the study of the characteristics and business models of different business systems,the performance evaluation index system of each system was designed.At the same time,determine the salary and promotion method of personnel,make the system open and transparent,so as to achieve the maximum fairness and fairness.In the implementation,the employee satisfaction rate is confirmed to be improved,and the assessment is fair.In order to achieve the target performance of the company.The research shows that the company's overall recognition of new performance appraisal method is higher.The company's overall performance continues to be on the rise.Through the interview,confirmed the company's recognition of the fairness of the new assessment method.This study not only is the improvement of the performance incentive system S pharmaceutical company,also for further examining ways to establish and optimize,provides a possible,at the same time as other industry company effective design knowledge staff incentive mechanism provides a new solution and design path.
