Research On Equity Incentive Performance Of Chinese Information Technology Industry Listed Corporations

The arrival of the information age encourages the information technology enterprises to grow rapidly,and the innovative person represents the driving force of technological innovation,which is also the foundation of the information technology enterprises in the market.But the brain drain is a problem in the face of the information technology enterprises in China.In order to attract and keep innovators,the information technology enterprises are promoting the practice of equity incentive.In this paper,the method of case study is adopted.It takes the information technology company Yongyou as an example.On the basis of an analysis of changes in longitudinal financial indicators.Meanwhile,from the angle of horizontal comparison with Zhongxing,exercising equity incentives can obviously improve the financial performance of enterprises.However,there is a conclusion that there is unbalance between short term incentive effect and long term incentive effect.According to the conclusion,a method is proposed from the micro and macro aspects.The results of this paper are helpful to companies that are going to implement equity incentives.It is beneficial to improve the equity incentive system and prevent brain drain.It is also useful for increasing the strength of the information technology enterprise in our country.
