Research On Reorganization Performance Of The Listed Transportation Companies

Transportation listed companies are the state-owned enterprises which have a large class of enterprise fixed assets.They have always been supporting the economic development of our country.At present,transportation listed companies are in a critical period of structural adjustment and industrial transformation,and they are about to develop large-scale reorganization for the sake of its own survival and development,therefore,the performance of reorganization of transportation listed companies has very important research significance.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter contains the main purpose of this study and the background of this study;the second chapter analysis the logic of asset reorganization of transportation listed companies;the third chapter analysis the advancements of the reorganization models which have been used many times;the forth chapter restructures two models to evaluate the performance of asset reorganization of transportation listed companies;the fifth chapter builds the model by the system models;the sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions and ideas of this paper.This paper absorbs the existing research results in the process of theoretical analysis,and it has the following works and innovation points:At first,this paper analyzes the purpose and models of reorganization of transportation listed companies;and then,this paper discuss the performance of reorganization by two parts,and make two models for each parts;at last,for the forward models can only analyses the reorganization by one part and they cannot analyze the relationships of the each factors,this paper make model by the system models.
