Enterprise Innovation Ability's Promotion Research In The Perspective Of Mergers And Acquisitions

Whether m&a can improve enterprise innovation ability,or just to increase enterprise's technological achievements? In the process of mergers and acquisitions what factors can promote enterprise innovation ability to ascend? On this issue,lAcademic circles launched extensive research,but there isn't a unified point of view,and even some scholars also obtained the two opposite views: have a positive role in promoting,has reverse effects.What is The reason of scholars concluded that two contradictory ideas ?For analysis the above two problems,in the process of innovation,the enterprise input the resources and get the benefits,this article from the perspective define the evaluation index of enterprise innovation ability-"innovation yields",this article fromnamely the innovation gains and investment ratio,.At the same time this article consider enterprise knowledge inputs,market status and other factors into the yield indicators of innovation when redesigning the evaluation index.Based on the theory of the second chapter,the author summarize and tease out merger and acquisition'promotion mechanisment to erprise innovation ability,combined with the third chapter and all input and income factors in the process of enterprise innovation,redefine the enterprise innovation ability evaluation indexes,and by using DEA model to measure the innovation efficiency and the redundancy value of each index before mergers and acquisitions,when mergers and after acquisitions,the author draw a conclusion by Comparing the change of index values.Through the above process,this paper basically completed the solutions to the problems.To the first question,this paper argues that m&a can improve enterprise innovation ability,and the number of r&d staff in mergers and acquisitions,bachelor degree or above,have a larger role in promoting the enterprise innovation ability to ascend.On your second question,different scholars have concluded that the opposite point of view,and the possible reasons is that the design of evaluation index of enterprise innovation ability is not comprehensive,not enough to measure the leve of Innovation ability,will appear different conclusions.
