Since the reform and opening up,Chinese economy has entered a new era,with the development of economic globalization,China and the world has developed into the era of rapid economic growth,the interest rate market in the international market has become a trend,the interest rate control has been rapid development about national economy to a certain extent,one of the drawbacks in the all areas have gradually emerged,become a big problem to the world,interest rate liberalization,the tide of financial liberalization has swept across the globe.To explore the interest rate market reform in China started in 1996,with the opening of the inter-bank lending rate as the starting point,until 2015 that cut the benchmark deposit and lending rates and deposit rates to cancel the floating ceiling,carried out nearly 20 years of reform and draw on the successful experiences of foreign cases,through their own unremitting attempts and tests,finally to the basic to achieve.In the past 2002-2005 years,Chinese commercial banks' financial products are in the embryonic stage.This stage takes foreign currency financial products as the main body,including structured products and foreign bank products,and the product category grows rapidly.In the past 2006-2008 years,Chinese financial product market has been booming,especially RMB financial products,which gradually replace the foreign currency financial products,and the market share is gradually improving.Some changes in the market in 2015,the financial period from ultra short term development to the short and medium term,which is more than the share of the ultra short term;on the other hand,the joint-stock bank balance of financial products for the first time beyond the large state-owned banks;by the end of 2017,although in recent years the growth slowed sharply,but on the whole show good momentum of steady development.With the basic completion of the interest rate market,as Chinese economy occupies a pivotal position in the commercial bank received a big challenge,as a financial product in the process of interest rate liberalization as the core business of commercial banks to provide a new profit growth point,the rapid development in more than ten years,has gradually become the trend of bank interest rate market adaptation in the process of transition is a very important part,so exploring interest field effect on commercial bank financial business is very important.In view of the marketization of interest rate impact on commercial bank financial products related literature and research is not much,especially in the interest rate marketization of interest rate changes in the impact on various aspects of financial products,through a lot of data collection,description of all aspects of the process of marketization of interest rates in the industry of financial products by the relationship between the impact of changes in interest rates and deepen the theoretical depth.With the basic completion of the marketization of interest rate,the interest rate marketization reform in the next stage,this paper explores the changes of financial products of commercial banks in the interest rate market from many angles,and put forward some policy suggestions for some related phenomena,provide a realistic basis for the better development of commercial bank financial products.again,from the bank's financial products,the scale of production Product innovation,competitiveness and risk control ability and other aspects of in-depth analysis of the impact of interest rate marketization on the bank's financial products;finally,based on the interest rate market,and according to the challenges of the bank's financial products,financial products from the three aspects of the strategy,carry out the bank foreign bank experience and the condition of interest rate marketization.The product risk control,puts forward some measures for financial products to deal with the interest rate market measures.
