As the economy prospered in China recent years,the infrastructure construction in every industry has stepped into a new phase,especially in the telecommunications industry.It is a valuable issue for auditing officers to analyze thoroughly about exploiting the funds of the project adequately,so as to maximize the benefits.Audit trail of building project is not only post audit but also an efficient way of project management in company.It has practical and vital meaning when managing and supervising the infrastructure construction projects,improving the benefits and the efficiency of cost in telecommunication industry.This thesis is based on the theories about audit trail and project management,analyzing the specific situation and experience of audit trail in S company when conducting an overall infrastructure construction project,and provided S company with a proper example of setting a process of audit trail.This process includes the methods and procedures of audit trail.Besides,it also discusses the method of management behind the audit trail,and key points in audit trail of every main segment of project.This thesis works on making the audit trail more scientific,systemic and standardizing,improving the quality of audit trail,and declining the risk through the analysis and research of audit trail of overall project in S company.
