Research On The Performance Analysis Made By The Equity Incentive Of Suning Commerce Group

Equity incentive system was born in 1950 s,at that time,many family businesses faced the problem of succession,and the emergence of equity incentive solved this difficulty.as a major mechanism innovation,it was invented to solve the principal-agent conflicts from the separation of ownership and management rights in modern enterprise management.The development of the equity incentive in our country from theory to practice is relatively slow.Until 2006,the new "company law" and "securities law" of the formal promulgation and implementation makes the further reform of non-tradable shares.The improvement of the equity incentive related legal environment makes on the implementation of equity incentive system to eliminate obstacles.Suning Commerce Group is formerly known as Suning Appliance.It is the earliest home appliance retail chain enterprise in China,and it is also a model of private enterprise in our country.In this paper,Suning as the research object,repeatedly announced equity incentive plan are analyzed in detail.By observing the changes of financial indicators and non-financial indicators of the company after the implementation of the equity incentive plan,the influence degree of equity incentive on corporate performance was studied.Research methods,this paper adopt the index analysis of the research object of financial and non-financial indicators along the time axis longitudinal analyses,through the company's operating and financial indicators and non-financial indicators to analyze the equity incentive effect.The main contribution of this paper is the research Suning equity incentive effect on firm performance,on the basis of analysis of the equity incentive plan design elements,and find the shortcoming,and from the incentive object,exercise and market environment assessment index multi-angle suggestions to optimize the equity incentive plan and make the validity of equity incentive into full play.Besides,it will provide reference and reference for the equity incentive of other companies in the future,which will help promote the healthy development of capital market.
