Research On Performance Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Of Leading Enterprises In Agricultural Industrialization In Hebei Province

Hebei is a big agricultural province,and the agricultural economy plays a crucial role in promoting the economic development of Hebei Province.The leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization,as the mainstay of new agricultural operations,have a “leading” position in the agricultural industrial chain and are the new situation in agriculture.The economic organizer and the effective organizer of peasants' income increase.However,the lack of technological innovation capacity has become the main influencing factor restricting the rapid development of agricultural industrialized leading enterprises.Enhancing the level of technological innovation performance of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization can effectively stimulate the vitality of leading enterprises to innovate the main body,increase the economic efficiency of leading enterprises,and increase the income of farmers.It is of great significance to promote the development of agricultural modernization.Based on the theory of technological innovation and theory of performance evaluation,the paper investigates the development of 2,212 agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Hebei Province by consulting relevant literature,questionnaire surveys,and field research methods,focusing on 123 leading agricultural industrialization leading enterprises.Conduct an analysis of innovative questionnaires.Through the analysis of the basic data of research on the status quo of Hebei's leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization,the main body of technological innovation,and the input and output of technological innovation,it has been found that there are R&D expenditures and insufficient input of technical personnel,and technological innovations in the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization.Not high,the construction of technological innovation platform needs to be improved and so on.Factor analysis is used to analyze the main influencing factors of input-output innovation performance,select key input-output indicators,and construct the evaluation index system of technological innovation performance of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Hebei Province.Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)was used to establish the performance evaluation model for the technological innovation input and output of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Hebei Province.The empirical analysis showed that the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Hebei Province lacked investment in technological innovation and R&D,and the innovation output was low.The efficiency of resource allocation needs to be improved.Finally,through the analysis of the above chapters,aiming at the problems existing in the technological innovation performance of Hebei's leading agricultural industrialization enterprises,we will actively explore measures and methods for improving the technological innovation performance of Hebei's leading agricultural industrialization enterprises,and propose raising the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Hebei Province.The measures and suggestions for the technological innovation performance capability are expected to provide reference for the development of the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Hebei Province and the development of modern agricultural industrialization.This article has made innovations in the following two aspects:(1)Analyze the internal innovation input and output indicators through factor analysis,determine the main internal influence factors of the technological innovation performance of the leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Hebei Province,and construct the leading agricultural industrialization enterprise in Hebei Province Technological innovation performance evaluation index system.(2)DEA-BCC was applied to the empirical analysis of the technological innovation performance evaluation of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Hebei Province,and the comparative analysis of the input and output performance of the technological innovation of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization was carried out.The industrialized leading enterprises have made more scientific and objective evaluations of their technological innovation performance levels.
