Research On The Development Of China's New Urbanization From The Perspective Of Five Development Concepts

Forty years of reform and opening-up in our country,great changes have taken place in economic society,build a well-off society in an all-round way and modernization has made great achievements,also has made steady progress in the new urbanization construction,it not only makes our life is very different from the past,but also to the future development of China and the world.But,also appeared in the process of this development,such as lack of management system and mechanism innovation,big regional development difference between urban and rural areas,serious ecological environment destruction,do not have a high level of integration into the world,a single development results benefit groups,and many other problems,investigate the root reason is that the current level of the overall economic and social development has yet to be further improved and the restriction of the social culture and ideology,to protect natural resources,public resource allocation plan as a whole strength is relatively weak,the attention is not enough demand for all kinds of urban and rural residents,etc.This requires that we must be guided by the advanced development concept,the correct analysis and earnestly solve the obstacles and problems affecting China's new urbanization,to the development of China's economic and social progress make adequate planning and arrangement.Based on a deep understanding of the five development concepts,grasp the essence of the new urbanization strategy.First of all,in the introduction part mainly based on Marxist theory as the cornerstone,from the perspective of the five development philosophy,fully discusses the social background of the new type of urbanization development in our country,the research significance,the related research review and possible innovation place.The first part,starting from the essence of urbanization,discusses the concept of new urbanization and related theories including five development concepts.The second part summarizes and refines the development process of urbanization in China,looking back on the great achievements and experience gained since the founding of new China.The third part presents many problems and challenges in China's new urbanization development that do not meet the requirements of the five development concepts.The fourth part analyzes the misunderstandings in the development of China's new urbanization and makes a critical reflection on the causes of the problems.The fifth part is the development idea,on the basis of deep understanding of the five standing on the new type of urbanization development in our country reality to rational thinking of the future trend of urbanization,from the aspects of the five big for its healthy development provides reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions.The sixth part is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes the basic viewpoints of this paper and the conception of the future development.
