Evaluation And Analysis Of Technical Efficiency Of Small And Medium-sized Board Agricultural Listed Companies

Since China's reform and opening up,constantly improve the socialist market economy system in our country,the rapid economic development,the listed company become very important in a form of enterprise organization,the development of listed companies about the prospects of the development of industry.As the basic industry of our country,the importance of agricultural listed companies to the development of China's market economy is self-evident.Agricultural listed companies,especially small and medium-sized board as a special group of agricultural listed companies,the importance of the economic development of our country as much as other plate,so agricultural small and medium-sized board listed company in our country is very important in the development of the socialist market economy.However,although the government put forward a lot of supporting policies,but small and medium-sized plate of agricultural listed companies still exist many such as profitability and avoid risk ability is not enough,such as technical inefficiency problems needed to resolve.As a hot issue,technical efficiency is not only a key issue in academic research in various fields,but also an aspect that enterprise managers attach great importance to in daily operation and management.Technical efficiency can reflect the quality of an enterprise's operation and management activities,and then it is related to the development of our socialist market economy.Therefore,the small and medium-sized plate of agricultural scientific and objective evaluation on the technical efficiency class supervisor,and to explore the influence of our country small and medium-sized board listed companies in agricultural technology efficiency factors,accordingly put forward recommendations can be made use of,is an important issue urgently needed to be solved presently.This article selects 22 home small plate of agricultural listed companies from 2012 to 2016,five years of data,first of all to build a conform to the characteristics of small and medium-sized board listed companies in agricultural evaluation index system,using data envelopment analysis(dea)method is calculated for each listed company of technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,from the vertical and horizontal divisions categories were analyzed,and from the Angle of technical efficiency difference causes statistical analysis;Second,with the Malmquist index method to calculate the sample listed companies in the five years of total factor productivity index,respectively on the technical efficiency,technological progress and scale efficiency toimprove analysis of the influence degree of the total factor productivity change;Finally,the paper analyzes the factors that affect the technical efficiency of the listed companies in China.Agriculture in general,the small and medium-sized board listed company 5years technical efficiency fluctuation is bigger,and the technical efficiency difference between the listed company is bigger,technology is the main reason for the low efficiency of pure technical efficiency is low;Each sample of the listed company total factor productivity is low,the sample average during the period of less than 1,lower total factor productivity is the technical efficiency due to the change and technological progress as a result,the effect of the mean value is less than 1;From the perspective of industry segmentation,the technical efficiency of fishery and animal husbandry listed companies is low,but the total factor productivity index of stock market listed companies is the highest.The ownership structure,r&d expenditure,personnel structure and operation condition are the influencing factors of the technical efficiency of small and medium-sized board agricultural listed companies,and it is positively correlated with the efficiency of listed companies.
