Research On The Influence Of New Ventures' Entrepreneurial Orientation On Innovation Performance

China's entrepreneurial activity index has a high level,but the new venture in China has a lower survival rate and innovation level,and the new ventures have a greate growth differences.So,wheather the new ventures should tend to be conservative in order to "throttle",or should implement a certain risk oriented strategy to "open" ? This comes to an important research topic,and research of entrepreneurial orientation of new ventures is of great significance.In this context,based on the resource base theory,enterprise competence theory and strategic matching theory,integrate the external market potential factor and the internal technological capability and marketing capability factor into the model.Taking 138 enterprises as samples,this paper deeply analyzes the influence of the dimensions of innovativeness & proactiveness and risk taking on innovation performance.Results show that:(1)Both innovativeness & proactiveness and risk taking has a significant positive effect on innovation performance;(2)For new venture,Technological capability plays a partial mediateing effect in the process of entrepreneurial orientation's innovativeness & proactiveness to innovation performance;Technological capability plays a complete mediating effect in the process of entrepreneurial orientation's risk taking to innovation performance;Marketing capability plays no mediateing effect in the process of entrepreneurial orientation's innovativeness & proactiveness to innovation performance;Marketing capability plays a partial mediating effect in the process of entrepreneurial orientation's risk taking to innovation performance.(3)For new venture,Market potential plays a negative regulation role in the process of entrepreneurial orientation's risk taking to innovation performance,and has no regulation in the process of entrepreneurial oriention's innovativeness & proactiveness to innovation performance.In the end,The research puts forward Suggestions from three aspects:strategic choice,ability training and market choice.
