Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Social Security Fund Investment

With the rapid aging of our population,the challenges that the social security system of every country in the word faces is serious.The attention of social security system is more and more high,and more and more researchers begin to analyze the social security and social security fund.At present,the development of social security fund investment and operation is rapid.But there are some problems,such as the lack of unified standard.Therefore,it is necessary to study the investment performance evaluation of social security fund.This study summarizes achievement of social security fund investment operation in domestic and foreign.Under the guidance of the principal-agent theory and information asymmetry,We analyze goal and situation of social security fund investment operation in China and determined evaluation indicators.The index weight and judgment matrix are determined according to the analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of the evaluation index system of social security fund investment,we use fuzzy evaluation method to analyze social security fund investment from three aspects: financial performance,social performance and environmental performance.The study found that at present our country social security fund investment of financial performance and social performance is good,and we can improve the social security fund investment performance from financial performance,social performance and environmental performance.Finally,we suggest that government could promote the development of social security fund from the aspects of law,market system,evaluation and supervision mechanism.In carrying out social security fund investment operation work,investment institutions shall be explore new channels of investment and investment way constantly,optimize the investment structure and improve the social security fund investment under the guidance of security.
