| With the continuous development of economy,mergers and acquisitions among enterprises have become "new normal".With the deepening of the central government's reform of state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises have gradually taken M & A to enhance the vitality and efficiency of enterprises.The key link to determine the effectiveness of M & A among enterprises is the integration stage after M & A.The whole work is time-consuming and involves more personnel.If there is no effective management method,it will not be able to achieve the desired results.Based on this,taking China Mobile G project as an example,we applied the framework of project management to carry out the related practice of M & A integration.First of all,the theory of project management theory and the integration of M & A are expounded in practice,and the necessity of the project management theory to intervene the integration of M & A is clarified in combination with the characteristics of merger and acquisition.The two is a project management model based on the integration of M & A based on the life cycle theory.This part expounds the project management mode of G project in the stages of definition and decision,plan and design,project implementation control and project end.Three is the knowledge system based on project management,from the G project.In the process of specific examples,the related project management templates are summarized,and experience for similar projects will be carried out in the future.In view of the actual problems encountered in the integration of mergers and acquisitions,this paper,starting with the management model,studies the work method of managing the merger and acquisition in the form of a project,which is of theoretical and practical significance.The empirical research carried out in this paper is based on the real work and has certain feasibility. |
