| With the continuous development of our country's basic telecommunications industry,cloud computing technology is constantly deepening the digital transformation of the basic telecommunications industry.The developed country operator system represented by the U.S.operators has been exploring the cloud computing field for many years,and has formed an integrated cloud computing service mode of software + hardware + services.The research of cloud computing in domestic carriers started late,but compared with operators in developed countries,there is still a certain gap between operators' strategic planning and project management.For example,most basic operators in Jiangsu have already realized the cloudization of their own business support systems,but the introduction of cloud computing capabilities is limited to fine-tuning at the technical architecture level,and often overlooks the side effects of project management risks.Jiangsu Unicom is affiliated to a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Unicom Communications Group.As an economically strong province in East China,the reliability,availability,and portability of the political enterprise support system are relatively high.Jiangsu Unicom's traditional political enterprise support system has been overburdened with systemic iterations,business complexity,and cost expenditures.Therefore,adopting appropriate project management methods,the three major needs of scalable,low-cost,and high-reliability are selected from the perspective of project risk management,and then the restructuring of Jiangsu Unicom's government-enterprise support system is implemented.The development of government affairs is of great significance.The work done in this paper is as follows:(1)Discuss and study the methods for the construction of private cloud computing projects and the management of cloud computing projects.First of all,this article has carried on the thorough research and discussion to the enterprise cloud computing project construction plan and the management plan,mainly analyzes the key milestones and key function points in the cloud computing project management;Second,from the cloud computing project service efficiency,the service model two aspects Introduce the key decision points of the enterprise cloud computing project separately,and focus on the enterprise cloud computing risk control,especially the construction methodologies of risk control of private cloud computing projects,construction solutions,process control methods,and cloud security protection issues;Describes the complete project management cycle process for enterprise private cloud computing.(2)Based on project management theory and case analysis,project risk management will be carried out for Jiangsu Unicom's government affairs supporting private cloud projects.Outlined the project risk management theory,covering four parts: risk management plan,risk identification,risk monitoring and risk analysis;based on project risk management theory and the example of Jiangsu Unicom government corporate affairs supporting private cloud projects,using cloud computing cloud computing Safety principles research,practical investigation,risk qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are deeply analyzed.Finally,the risk analysis results of Jiangsu Unicom's political corporate affairs supporting private cloud projects are given.(3)Based on the results of risk analysis,project risks were controlled for Jiangsu Unicom's political corporate affairs supporting private cloud projects.Combining the results of the pre-project analysis,combined with the summary of the functional design blueprint and business process design blueprint of the Jiangsu Private Enterprise's support for private cloud projects,adopting mandatory employee training,introducing third-party consulting service authorization,project management book integration,and optimizing cloud security for security operations Means and other project risk management and control strategies provide overall control over cloud computing security risks... |
