| With the development of urbanization,the demand of municipal infrastructure construction grows with each passing day,while as municipal infrastructure construction has the characteristics like large investment volume and public welfare,etc.,its construction is mainly depend on fiscal appropriation of governments in the traditional model,seen from the current situation,the source of funds for municipal infrastructure construction is singular and the conflict between demand and supply is serious,so to introduce the PPP model into the municipal infrastructure construction projects can solve the problems like shortage of funds and financing difficulties,etc.existing in the present project advancing.This thesis made a deep analysis on the theories of PPP pattern,including concept,features and basic framework,etc.through detailed research methods including case study method,document analysis method and interview method,etc.based on the analysis of application of PPP model,on the basis of theoretical analysis and combined with the cases of practical works,namely the PPP project of road comprehensive reconstruction of Sihui City,the thesis made a positive demonstration on the theories that were put forward,stated the detailed application of PPP pattern in the cases,summarized the experience acquired from the PPP project of road comprehensive reconstruction of Sihui City and analyzed the existing problems and reasons in the operation of PPP model of this case,reasonable suggestions were put forward aimed at the existing problems,hoping to provide references for the PPP projects of municipal roads of our city in the future. |
